Uber is the best way to go
This is a pretty useless app, considering it will not allow me to add any form of payment. I keep getting a message telling me to try and add a card later. Even the venmo and Google pay options pop up with an error.

I cannot schedule a ride. I constantly get the error "something went wrong". Customer service is horribly slow.
Uber have 3 class drivers never comes on time always misbehave use to accept the ride and than said cancel it from your side and even if they accept the ride they go somewhere else customer is waiting because the driver accept the ride earlier it shows 5 mins now it become 10 than 15 because driver intentionally accept the ride and go far away if you don't want to come why you accept the ride and go on other direction and said we don't want to go such a bad and ridiculous service..

Terrible Experience Booked 2 rides in 24 hours and in both the rides Uber took more than half an hour to confirm. Multiple drivers cancelled confirmed rides. Also, Driver didn't follow the map and resulted I had to pay more amout. 3rd Class Service! Worst Experience.
Can driver always rejects the ride.... Ola is always better
Had a problem with my fare this morning in a trip I take 2-5 per week. I was charged OVER DOUBLE what I have been. Same exact trip , and same time of day. When I contact customer service , was Waste of time. The App. has been extremely glichy lately. Showing 8,000 miles away instead of 8 miles., I could go on but why bother.. Like any larger corporate company, the representatives you chat with, only care about closing the issue without handling a complaint properly. Will be switching to Lyft !
Like I never had one successful Uber ride, they never accept and worse part it just gets stuck in an infinite loop can't even cancel
